My being longs for existence
A sense of belonging
Doesn't matter if its the smallest of the corners,
Just a little light to look forward to
To scare away the darkness
A little warmth to comfort the numbness
This soul, it seeks existence,
A sense of belonging
A place to return to
As the sun sets down
And there is nothing around
But darkness
There would be that small corner
With a little light and a little warmth,
A place where its me that someone wants
The place I'd call home.
